Ingredients:
- 2 col of dried chamomile leaf soup
- 2 tablespoons of dried valerian leaves

Preparation mode:
Place the dried leaves of chamomile and valerian in a pan and add the water, allowing to boil with the pan covered for about 10 minutes. Strain and drink 3 times a day, without sweetening.
2. Cat's Claw Tea
