Preparation mode:
Boil the water and add the medicinal plants in a teapot and let it stand for about 5 to 7 minutes. Strain, allow to warm and drink 1 cup, half an hour before lunch and dinner.
2. Arnica ointment
This homemade ointment is indicated for rheumatoid arthritis because it stimulates blood supply, has an anti-inflammatory effect and relieves pain.
Ingredients:
- 5 g of beeswax
- 45 ml of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of chopped arnica leaves and flowers
Preparation mode:
In a water bath place the ingredients in a pan and boil over low heat for a few minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave the ingredients in the pan for a few hours to steep. - 6 sage leaves
- 3 branches of rosemary
- 300 ml of boiling water
