A great home remedy for cramps is to eat 1 to 2 bananas and drink coconut water throughout the day. This helps due to the amount of minerals, such as magnesium, for example, that are essential to prevent the appearance of cramps. However, in many cases, just drinking a lot of water, already greatly reduces the frequency of cramps in the feet, in the potato or anywhere on the body.
Cramps are involuntary and painful contractions of the muscles for a short period of time, which usually happen due to dehydration and lack of minerals, such as magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. So, eating these foods is an excellent home remedy.
