Pancake with coconut flour
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon of yeast
Preparation mode:
Beat all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Make the pancakes in a nonstick skillet greased with a drizzle of olive oil. Makes one to two servings.
Homemade granola
Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 5 chopped Brazil nuts
- 10 chopped almonds
- 5 tablespoons of quinoa flakes
- 5 tablespoons of flaxseed flour
Preparation mode:
Mix all ingredients and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. This granola can be added in a snack with fruits, vitamins, juices and yogurts.
