Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried ulmaria;
- 1 cup of 175 ml of boiling water.
Preparation mode:
Add the ulmária to the boiling water, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain before drinking. This tea can be drunk every 2 hours whenever you feel the need or whenever symptoms of reflux or acidity are present in the stomach.
3. Hop Tea

Hops are a medicinal plant that can be used to treat digestive problems, stimulating digestion and relieving the feeling of a full stomach and gas. This medicinal plant has a sedative effect and is a digestive stimulant with excellent results.
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried hop leaves;
- 1 cup of 175 ml of boiling water.
