Beet juice is an excellent home remedy to lower blood pressure and is indicated for individuals with hypertension.
Ingredients
- 1 beet
- 1 carrot
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Method of preparation
Remove all the juice from the oranges and lemon using a juicer. Then add the resulting juice to the blender together with all the ingredients. Beat well and add the spoon of honey to sweeten.
After 24 hours of consuming beet juice, it is possible to observe a decrease in blood pressure. Beet has a substance called nitrate, which is responsible for regulating pressure.
Frequent consumption of this juice decreases the likelihood of heart disease such as heart attack, so to have a healthier life drink at least 2 glasses of beet juice daily.
